CENTER CUT PORK CHOPS — $7.25/ lb (Order by the pack-2 chops/pack)
The center cut (pork loin) chop includes a T-shaped bone. Structurally similar to a beef T-bone steak.
PORK TENDERLOIN — $12.90 / lb (Order by the pack-1 tender/pack)
A lean cut, with very little fat. Ideal for weeknight dinners. Quick-cooking with a variety of cooking methods. NOTE: Only 2 tenderloins per hog - Order while supplies last.
LOIN ROAST — $6.00 / lb (Order by the pack-1 roast/pack)
A fairly lean and tender roast. A bone-in, flavorful roast that comes from the shoulder end of the loin. NOTE: Only 2 loin roast per hog - Order while supplies last.

A ham roast is the cut of meat from a hog's hind leg. As it cooks, its marbled fat slowly melts, infusing the meat with moisture and rich flavor.

About Farmer Dave (David Whitman)
I started taking care of hogs when I was 13 years old because my Daddy had a stroke. I am 59 now, and my life has endured many changes. One thing that hasn't changed is my passion to give my hogs the best care that I can. These animals have such a short life, so I try to give them a very good life.
My wife and I live and grow hogs on the same farm my daddy bought in 1959. He started putting hogs on the farm in the early 60's. Ironically, I still use many of the same hog shelters he built back then. Of course, they have had many repairs since then. All this makes this place very special to me.
My favorite Bible verses are Ephesians 4:31-32.
